Customer Relationship Executive (KLIA)
Responsibilities:
1. Key liaison to interact with and assist passengers in challenging situations such as extended delays, overbooked flights and other service breakages
2. Pro-active customer engagement to improve service delivery and avoid potential service breakage
Requirements:
1. Malaysian citizen, less than 30 years old
2. Possess a degree in any discipline. those with relevant experience in the hospitality/service industry will have an added advantage
3. Applicants without tertiary qualification but with a minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality service industry will also be considered
4. Successful candidates will be offered a 5 year contractual employment after which a permanent position may be offered, subject to performance
5. Work on shift
