Admin/Facility Officer in Singapore

We have multiple urgent openings with one of our prestigious clients for Admin/Facility Officer in Singapore.

ADMIN/FACILITY OFFICER

Responsible for managing accommodations for project teams, maintaining of assets list and seats forecast for current/future occupants.
In addition, required to liaise with users’ frontline or via system tickets regarding their request, also conduct trainings for project teams to provide guidance on the use of the system and ensured a smooth flow on delivery of the user’s requirements.
Provide administrative support and assistance within the department, such as arranging meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms, provide/arrange hospitality, also setting up and maintenance of filing systems for invoices, PO etc, as and when required as works progress.
Manage access cards/transponder access and issuance to users, keeping records of user’s information and housekeeping. Processing billing files with accuracy for the finance dept to charge users for the usage of assets.
Also assist in raising carts for expenses such as when purchasing items, new hire, purchasing of hardware/software parts whenever required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word & Excel) is a must..

This is a 6 months - 1yr contract. Locally available candidates regardless of their visa status can apply.
