Customer Services Executive needed in banking industry

Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound calls from customers from various countries.
  • Handling emails queries from customers overseas
  • Back end data/ information processing
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/ Degree Level in any field.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
  • Able to read and speak in Chinese Language is added advantage
  • Applicants must have GOOD COMMUNICATION and PEOPLE SKILLS, with excellent TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.
  • Minimum basic computer knowledge.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Applicants must be able to work on shift.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
