Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from customers from various countries.
- Handling emails queries from customers overseas
- Back end data/ information processing
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/ Degree Level in any field.
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
- Able to read and speak in Chinese Language is added advantage
- Applicants must have GOOD COMMUNICATION and PEOPLE SKILLS, with excellent TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.
- Minimum basic computer knowledge.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Applicants must be able to work on shift.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
