Financial Service Executive/Manager-RM 5000

Responsibilities:

•To participate in the formulation of business / marketing strategies
to develop retail key accounts – provide input to the definition of
business targets
•Develop implementation plans to achieve the agreed business targets
•To develop and strengthen client relationship (Key account management)
•Gather market intelligence
•To build relationships to potential business partners (networking)
•To develop value / business propositions to potential partners and
turn these eventually into active key accounts
•To manage key accounts and issues on an ongoing basis to maintain and
further develop these

Requirement:
•University level degree holder preferred, equivalent working
experience may be acceptable
•Formal Sales & Marketing Qualifications an asset
•At least 2 years' experience in sales & marketing / business
development positions in financial services industry
•At least 2 years responsible for key accounts, carrying production
quotas
•Sound knowledge of key success factors in sales & marketing
•Business Development background preferred, carrying quota
•Excellent relationship management skills;
•Good business sense, creative ideas, ability to turn ideas into
business propositions
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•English knowledge preferred
•Result orientation
•Self-propelled, initiative, able to work under pressure and independently
•Diligent, mature, demonstrating responsible attitude

Remuneration:
Basic + Commission RM 5,000
Group PA and Hospitalization
Travel Incentive
