ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Develop and foster a relationship with the client and external audiences

- Research, design, develop, implement and manage routine client projects

- Oversee day-to-day planning of client campaign activities

- Manage media enquiries and counsel on appropriate responses

- Maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and client team

- Responsible for client administration duties, e.g. status reports, contact reports, project reports etc

- Develop materials on complex client issues

- Partner with client and client’s other marketing partners to ensure optimum marketing communications mix to meet client’s objectives

- Contribute to programme development for client and new business proposals

Skills required:

- Strong English language capability and competency

- Strategic thinking and ability to counsel clients on business issues, opportunities and challenges

- Ability to generate ideas and think creatively, out of the box

- Ability to supervise work of junior executives

- Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously

- Good project management skills

- Assist in new business development

- Broad understanding of industry practices and clients’ business environment

- Broad knowledge of media environment and media relations

- Broad-based general knowledge of macro economic, business, political and social environment (local and global)

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Develop and cultivate relationship with the client and external audiences

- Oversee client projects and events to ensure quality of work meets client objectives

- Oversee client administration

- Develop strategic plan for client

- Develop and place material (where appropriate) on complex issues

- Maintain clear and consistent communications between client and client team

- Partner with client and other parties to develop and complete the plan

- Research, assist and present new business proposals

- Recommend and implement initiatives that improve the public’s perception of the client where this is the brief

- Manage development of junior staff and take the role of career development manager in appropriate instances

Skills required:

- Strong English language capability and competency

- Strategic and analytical thinking

- Ability to counsel clients on business communications and positioning opportunities, challenges, issues

- Creative problem-solving; intuition and anticipation

- Ability to supervise and motivate the work of client team

- Ability to handle and manage situations under pressure

- Ability to develop and present business proposals

- Ability to write strategic materials for client

- Understand financial aspects of the business

- In-depth knowledge of media environment

- Broad-based general knowledge of macro economic, business, political and social environment (local and global)

- Broad understanding of client business

- Broad understanding of industry in which client operates

- PR agency experience on a broad range of clientele is a must

PR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

- Provide support on development and implementation of client campaigns.

- Oversee day-to-day planning of client campaign activities

- Support client leader on media enquiries

- Maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and client team

- Contribute to campaign development for client and new business proposals

- Responsible for client administration duties, e.g. status reports, contact reports, project reports etc

- Strategic thinking and ability to counsel clients on business issues, opportunities and challenges

- Generate ideas and think creatively, out of the box

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Good project management skills

- Assist in new business development

SENIOR PR EXECUTIVE
