Our client has been established to provide Telecommunications and Internet Service Providers with independent and unbiased end-to-end technology and business solutions, which best meet the service provider's business objectives. Headquartered in Hong Kong, they have operations in Thailand , China , Malaysia , Philippines , Singapore , Taiwan , Brunei , Korea and the USA , and will continue to set up new offices throughout the Asia Pacific region. Sales / Account Manager
Location: KL City
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to achieve defined sales/target revenue and profit objectives pertaining to the sale of Optical, Broadband, Wireless, Telecom Infrastructure, and Internet solutions to the Telecoms market, including direct sales and contract negotiation.
• Generate new leads & convert to sales and work on existing leads to convert to sales.
• Develop short-term and long-term sales plans.
• Formulate strategies to develop new business in the telecom market (Mobile Operator, ISP / ASP / ICP, Carriers).
• Carry out business trend and market opportunity analysis.
• Maintain existing client base & be proactive in developing new customers.
• Keep abreast of technologies & market trends.
• Provide highly focused analysis and problem solving skills to meet customer and company needs and expectations.
• Work closely with the Integration, Marketing and product teams to achieve greater teamwork on Sales activities and to Accomplish Project Management and Delivery activities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication and Networks Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience, preferably in the IT, Telecom, or Internet industry.
• Proven sales track record in meeting business objectives and targets.
• Managed Key Customer Accounts, preferably in the Telecommunication industry.
• Market savvy, good interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
• Independent, energetic, creative, persistent, and resourceful.
• Goal oriented with strong ability to influence.
